Mangroves, Waterfalls & Ecobeach Sunset of Apsarakonda

Our trip to Honnavara was going great that we visited the Jain temple first and post that trekked to the Hosgod falls (last post) and then after relaxing in the Hosgod water for sometime we started back to the homestay and considering it was only 3pm we planned to end the day visiting the Mangroves near Apsarakonda and also visit the falls of Apsarakonda though I have seen it before and then finally end the day with some Sunset in the Eco beach..

The Mangroves forest was a beautiful wooden trail laid by the government and they charge 20 rs entry per person and the whole trip lasted for 30 mins and I enjoyed the scenery of Green Mangroves with beautiful Blue skies.

Post the Mangroves visit we also visited the Apsarakonda waterfalls and the View point from where the Eco beach looks very pristine. One need to walk about 5 mins from the car park to the Falls and the view point and its a pretty scene.

Then we reached the final spot the eco beach for the sunset scenes of the day where we quietly sat down and enjoyed the Colorful magic the sky was putting up and going through the memories of the colorful day we had till then. Post the sunset we head to the Homestay for a well deserved dinner and rest for another day coming up.
